Manufacturing
Connectivity for production environments — fiber and copper routed around machinery, noise and washdown, with capacity for the equipment added next year.
Overview
Manufacturing infrastructure
Production floors change faster than the buildings that house them. Lines move, cells get added, and the cabling plant either absorbs it or becomes the constraint. We build in spare capacity at the closet and pathway level so an added machine does not mean a new pull across the plant.
Where electrical noise or distance makes copper unreliable, fiber goes in instead — and every run is labeled to match the plant's own naming so maintenance can trace it at 2 a.m.
Typical scope
What we install in these environments
- Plant floor structured cabling
- Fiber to production areas
- Network infrastructure
- Wireless access point coverage
- CCTV and access control cabling
- Paging and intercom
- Pathway around machinery and washdown areas
- Testing and documentation
